Loved the marketing message. Being in marketing ops for a few years now, my observations is that the general emphasis is to build a trustworthy brand. Human led brand is not something many understand yet. Especially at larger companies.

Very useful approach to take, looking at what's scarce.

What you make of the library world's information literacy project? Sounds very much like a natural source for the correct information scarcity you describe.
